Order Processing
Orders placed before 2 p.m. EST Monday - Friday will be processed the same business day. Orders placed after 2 p.m. EST Monday - Friday will be processed the following business day. Orders placed after 2 p.m. EST on Friday will be processed the following Monday.
All shipments are subject to item availability and credit card verification. See Ordering Policies for more details. Once your order has shipped you will receive an email with the tracking number for your shipment.
Domestic Shipping
All orders are shipped via UPS. Orders over $250 receive FREE Standard Ground shipping! The cost of expedited shipping is determined by your distance from our shipping warehouse in New York City. To calculate the cost of shipment, click on the Calculate Shipping link on the page of any dress and enter your zip code. Additional items will add $7-10 towards the cost of shipping. Total shipping fees for your order will be displayed on the last page of the checkout process.

APO & FPO
APO stands for "Army Post Office," ans is associated with Army or Air Force installations. FPO stands for "Fleet Post Office," and is associated with Navy installations and ships. The only way to send an item to an APO or FPO address is to use the United States Postal Service. Please be advised, the delivery estimate to ship to military addresses is a minimum of 30 days. Expedited shipping is not available when shipping to these addresses.
Saturday Delivery
Saturday delivery is available for in-stock items ordered after 4 p.m. EST on Thursday and before 12 p.m. EST on Friday for an additional charge of $80. Contact us by phone or live web chat to find out if Saturday delivery is available in your area. Saturday delivery may not be available outside of the Untied States.
Next Day Delivery
In-stock items ordered before 1 p.m. EST Monday - Friday will be shipped the date the order was placed (pending credit card verification). In-stock items ordered after 1 p.m. EST will be shipped the next business day. Next Day delivery is not available outside of the United States. Our couriers have until 8pm on the scheduled date of delivery to deliver your order. Contact us by phone or live web chat if you need to receive your order prior to 8pm on the scheduled delivery date. Additional fees will apply.
International Shipping

You can calculate the cost of shipping a particular dress to your country by clicking on the shipping quote link below the price of the dress. Additional dresses will typically add $7-10 to the cost of shipping.
International orders are subject to manual credit card verification that can delay the processing of your order up to 2 business days. To avoid this delay which is an easy and secure way to submit a payment online. We do accept all major credit cards for international orders but please be advised that we may request additional information to verify your payment.
All shipments require a signature and may be subject to taxes, duties and customs fees to be paid upon delivery.
